Torque X 3.1.5 2D Builder 100% CPU Utilization on Application Start

There appears to be a bug with the Torque X 3.1.5 2D Builder application. Immediately after application launch the CPU utilization on my main system core jumps to 100% and remains for the duration that the application is opened.

I'm using the 1.1.5.0 version which came with my Torque X 3.1.5 Pro download.

I'm currently running Windows 7 64 bit with an Intel Core i7 980-x.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or need further information.

Yes this is expected. TXB is essentially running the editor ontop of a game engine and the engine does not do 'idling' - it will use 100% of avaliable CPU on it's core.
