Torque does not draw when minimized for a long time

After minimizing a torque window for a long time and restoring it, I find that torque will not start rendering until I change the window size.

Minimized for 40 minutes and left my AI to have a major battle, rendering was fine on maximize but it did lock up after a few seconds of gameplay. win7/galaxy gts250/T3D1.1.b1

There's a message in the console about it, I just can't seem to remember what it is. Happened to me a few times as well. Will check on this tomorrow if nobody posts it before I can.

I have noticed that if the client is parked in the taskbar for some extended period of minutes (say 10, which the screen goes dark) and I bring it back up, it will "lag" considerably, and need to be restarted to return to normal. However, the server is minimized in the taskbar the whole day long and when I bring it back up on return home in the evening, there doesn't seem to be any negative repercussion from having be in said state.
I attribute the lag not to being docked, but to the client machine having slept or gone into low power mode. Docking the client without leaving the machine alone long enough for the screen to go dark and slip into energy-saving mode doesn't seem to cause any problems--and the server screen, at home, never goes into sleep.

I notice that on the client--but not the server. Case is thus: I set up the server on my PC, then log in from my laptop once parked at my desk... and just leave the connection open, pinging through various subsystems once every couple of hours.I have noticed that if the client is parked in the taskbar for some extended period of minutes (say 10, which the screen goes dark) and I bring it back up, it will "lag" considerably, and need to be restarted to return to normal. FYI: I've not been able to reproduce this with the latest repository head. Had this sit for a whole night.
