Does a free lance Coder Exist?
Can you hire a experience Torque 3-D Coder to aid you in your Project etc!!! If so. Does anybody have access to somebody like this?
I will pay per progress if i found somebody like this, The Person must have great understanding of how to make a RTS game with Torque 3-D etc.
