Why doesn't the TGB Adventure Kit have its own section?

My knowledge of Torque is still rather limited, last semester I had a game design class which I created a game in Torque X 2D. Overall I enjoyed the experience working in a 3 person group making a 2d game in about a 2 month span. I have now decided to create my own team (4 people) and have been very interested in TGB as well as the TGB Aventure Kit. I am not sure how recent the kit is so it may be coming but why does it not have its own section? I am afraid to purchase TGB and then the Adventure Kit only to not have much of a community for it. I am sure that over time I will have questions and need help with things but without its own section I am a bit reluctant. If anyone has any insight it would be very much appreciated.
Also rather off topic I am aware that TGB 1.7.5 i believe has been announced to fix problems with Windows 7, any idea on when that will be released? If I purchase TGB now and it is released later on do I have to pay for an upgrade? also is it a big hassle to change things over to the newer version? Id imagine it would be. Overall any insight would be great, from what i have seen the Adventure Kit appears to be very well done I am surprised to not see more talk about it.

If you are a current TGB licensee, you will not have to pay for 1.7.5. Torque 2D will be a paid upgrade, however. We will be talking to developers and releasing further information during GDC.
