[paid] Looking for Torque 3D programmer, Texture artist, Flash and IRC experts

Bitgap Games is looking to outsource some tasks to be able to keep up with the next milestone of our upcoming game, Xenocell.

We have the following tasks available:



Flash expert

- Creation of 3 small and simple flash mini-games

We have some context into which these games must fit (design, mood), other than that we are open to ideas about the games' rules. Think along the lines of cracking a lock in Mass Effect 2. We need similarly simple but hopefully more entertaining games. We have our own design docs for these games, but we're open to better ideas.

Please include a rough time and price estimate for one small game.



Torque 3D programmer (Torque 3D licenses needed)

- Creation of smaller gui interfaces each using a description along with a design template (psd) (Torque 3D Binary license should be sufficient for this task)
- Creation of a unique command / order (~ quest) system along with interfaces using a description and a design template (psd)
- Auction house feature based on a design template using the description of an existing model
- Simple structure building feature (buildings, turrets, etc...) based on a design description

Texture artist

- We need a number of unique textures for our base character models.

Please give us a price and a time estimate for one 1024x1024 texture that we can use to plan the number of textures we would like to order from you. These textures are sci-fi type armor platings made of different materials. See Mass Effect and similar games to get an idea about what we're looking for.



Programmer, IRC expert (preferably with Torque 3D Professional license)

- We need your help with designing and creating our global comm solution which we plan to be based on a custom IRC server and embedded clients. We primarily need you to help us with creating a unique build of an IRC server and to review and identify possible security flaws in our existing design plan.
