Do I need to wait?

I'm not a Member of the iPhone Developer Program since I'm waiting for my business forming stuff to be reviewed and processed. I have a touch and iPhone as well as Leopard with the Snow Leopard disk not applied yet. I have the 3.0 SDK now. Not sure if I can dl the latest without the membership. I want to buy and dig in to Torque for iPhone while I'm waiting. Should I wait or can I get started?

    you can dig right in and use the simulator for the time being.

    without membership you don't have access to the beta with ipad support but you don't need that as T2Di won't scale up to use the fullscreen if you build it for ipad target. also with the new beta you lose support for iphone os 3.1.3 targeting (so if your device is upgraded you must use that sdk not the beta)
