Plan for William Mitchell

The development site for my current project, Imperium Online, is now up and running (dev.imperiumonline.com). I had launched the main site (www.imperiumonline.com) last month, but the dev site was delayed due to some changes I wanted to make. The site currently consists of four sections:
Game Specifications
This section contains the design documents for the game. Developers can reference these documents to stay up-to-date on changes to the game.
Milestones
This section lists the milestones along the path of development. Each milestone includes various tasks that must be completed during the long development cycle.
Idea Box
Designers often assemble images to help in the creative process. The Idea Box serves the same purpose. It contains many images that will hopefully spark the imagination of the developers. The images represented are not to be used in the game directly, however. They are meant only as reference.
Community
Last, but not least, the Community section links to the game's forums, including those specifically for development. As a resource, the forums can help maintain communication between members of the development team, and between the team and the general public.
The further help organize the development process, I have started a "company" on Garage Games called the Imperium Online Group. It is not really a company per se. It is simply a way to assemble together those interested in developing Imperium Online into a collaborative group. Over time, I hope that the IOG will grow as the project grows.
