Plan for Neil Marshall

Well, I've been plugging away at my code all day today. Rewriting some stuff here and there, making the process of creating/joining/deleting races more robust. I also added a user interface to create races and join races. Here is a screenshot of it (It's fully functional)

Next I have to handle clients who disconnect in the middle of a race and also clients who join the server while a race is currently in progress.
