Hey everyone,
Recently I got the book Shader X7. Good to see our friend Pat Wilson is one of the authors.
http://www.shaderx7.com/TOC.html

In short:
The book is very well suited, mastering deferred rendering. Pat explains T3D's rendering in detail.
Many rendering technologies are explained, including indexed rendering.
For those who wish to understand something more behind T3D - get it!
At all the X books are the best. They are academic - suitable for graphics gurus. The content is quite good.
I hope you will enjoy it!

It is a collection of 48 chapters, some of them are very "T3D oriented".
Since Pat is one of the T3D developers, we find very similar stuff on light prepass, conditioning(un-conditioning), Deferred shading in view space, etc..
I got mine from bookaxis.com , UK

great book, worth the price. good to know that Torque3D's lighting system is based on Wolfgang's earlier work, so hopefully it'll help with upgrades to Torque3D's lighting and shader models.
