  • Source Rect Bug fixes
  • Auto Scrolling Gui (helpful for things like Game Credit)
  • Animated GUI including Alpha animation, Moving Gui and Scaling Gui

*** Update, as of Feb 18 we are no longer in the New and Noteworthy but we are now in the What's Hot featured section :).

After receiving an award from Intel last week, Bubble Breaker was live in the Mac AppStore. Since it's released for a week it's rankings were steady around top 100 games which I was pretty happy with. But just this Friday I saw our rankings jump to top 60 overall in the Mac AppStore which was even better and guess what, we're being feature as "New and Noteworthy" in the Mac AppStore. So you can get Bubble Breaker for only 1.99$ at

3. The Complete T2D Starter Kit Coming Soon

I have had a few community member asking me when and how the kit will be available. At the moment, I'm still working on the documents to be sure it will be the easiest and quickest way for any developer(experienced in Torque Tech or not) to make their game using TGB. At the moment, I've sent the kit to a community member who volunteer to beta test the Kit so we see what the feed backs are.

The Kit itself will contain all the script source code used to develop "Bubble Breaker : Insanely Addictive" so right off the bat you'll get all the source code for an award wining and Top 100 MAS game.

Bubble Breaker's new splash screen for the next update. Anyone still
remember that TGB's main character was a Game I develop in 2009?

I guess that will be enough for today, still got a ton of work to get done so Good luck guys! Have fun making games!

Thanks again Aun. Will have a look at this later as I want to port an Iphone project over to OSX, once I have found someone to redo the artwork.

You rock :p

*edit - just purchased a copy and left feedback on the Mac App Store, excellent job!!

Thanks guys, I hope you enjoy the code released and hopefully it should be beneficial to any TGB project your working on.

About the starter kit, to prevent any confusion I might have to change the name of the Kit. It's a rather more collection of code you need to use in any casual or puzzle game such as

  • Player Profile
  • Sound Manager
  • Local Score
  • Online Leader Board with Rankings
  • Splash Screen
  • Game Options
  • Saving Game state
  • Animated User Interface
  • Handling Game Events such as switching from full screen to windowed mode or pausing both game and sounds when the game becomes inactive
  • etc.

In itself, it's a complete game that you can build your own game on top of it to make things a lot faster and easier. It's also fully commented with additional documents about the functionality of the code. At the moment, I got an incredible huge and helpful feedback from my beta tester so will have a lot more work to improve the kit.
