Important Update

by Eric Preisz · 12/23/2010 (12:01 am) · 465 comments

First off, I’d like to thank everyone for all of the kind words over the past couple of weeks. Your response has been overwhelming. A thousand posts is a new record for us and during this time I saw a bunch of notifications for Torque based games being launched. We’ve had to be quiet the past couple of weeks –I’m glad that you haven’t been. Everyone I’ve talked with mentioned how steadfast our community is and I couldn't agree more.

I wanted to let everyone know that we are no longer entertaining buyers at this time. Unfortunately, we aren’t going to be able to make any comments until the new year. Please stand by for more information and enjoy the holiday season. The future looks bright.

Happy holidays for you also Eric!

The Torque Community is much like Velcro, its sticks together and sometimes picks up bits of fuzz and lint, but that do not change the fact it is still much like Velcro.

Happy Holidays and I feel the "The future looks bright" comment will put a lot of torque users at ease.

Probably because noone there is ready to announce anything given that americans tend to take their xmas break before xmas, and its after 5 on the west coast, so they're probably off sinking beers.

Give them a chance to celebrate first ;)

This is a sigh of relief it looks like torque won't die after all. I have to say now I can finally put away my iphone and no longer have to use my dooms day app which is quite a relief.
