Hello once again,
If you don't already know me from my pack here at TP:
www.torquepowered.com/products/ambientsounds
Then, I'm sure you will be hearing a lot more from me now that my personal web site is up and alost fully running. Yup, you read right, I now have my own site you can come and check out what I'm working on or buy my Ambient or model packs from right on my own site now. It has been a very long time coming, but since my move from working on games to making more content for them, I have wanted to allow my fan base to be able to follow me.
Ok, now, the site isn't exactlly how I want it... yet. But it is coming together nicely for right now. I'm already working on a newer, more modern feeling site behind the scenes and will upload it once I work out all the bugs. I've been hard at work on the new site, my ambient stuff and a few small model packs. I'm also trying my hand at terrains but we will see how good that goes. Hey, don't hurt to try, right?
As of recently, I've began placing all my ambient packs up on my new site. You can check out the latest packs below that I'm throwing up to begin with for now, following these, over the next several weeks I'll be releasing more packs I've completed on the site, all at the lowest prices possible. Let me know what you think...

The pricing structure was to keep it as simple as possible. Beginning 11/29/2010 I will be offering the new flash drive and CD/DVD options to my ordering structure. I will be offering a 4 gig flash drive with my ambient packs on it so those who feel CD's or DVD's scratch too easy... Just trying to keep options open for those people who want my products in different ways...
$24.95 Download Only
$34.90 Download + CD
$54.95 Download + FlashDrive
$64.90 Download + Flashdrive + CD
I will also be offering the packs via screen savers in the coming months as well. That will be new for 2011, with Ambient Desk-Scapes unlike the usual. Again, just trying to throw my stuff out to as many fans as possible to allow everyone to enjoy my ambient moods, CD's and packs.
I've come to the realization too, that I'm beginning to grow much more then I was back in 2004 when I first started doing this stuff. I'm expanding to Ambient Moods CD's for easy listening, DVD's with Ambient music over images and relaxing video such as fireplaces and the such and even producing work for other engines and web sites to help keep my name floating around.
Derek and TimA and the Garage Games/Torque Powered staff get big thanks for helping jump start my Ambient Music interest, as without them, and the break they gave me here by posting my first 4 packs (now as the one Ambient Sounds Collection for $100), I wouldn't have received the blessing to be here typing this to you this Thanks Giving 2010 season. I'm blessed to be able to do what I love, still hold a regular job and enjoy life, have a fan base of sorts and love life.
Today, 2 years ago, my pop passed away. He was so very proud I drive a big truck for a living, and I do the ambient stuff. I'm so blessed to have had the chance to work with some amazing people in my life til now. Today, marks the beginning of a new road and a better future. I have my wonderful wife to be in my life, a lady that keeps pushing me all the right ways, and with all that, and my friends, fans and family supporting me all about, I can do just about anything.
Thanks everyone for listening to me ramble :-) Hope you all have a great Thanks Giving, and a Merry Christmas 2010 and a safe and blessed new year. If you ever want to write, drop me a line, I'm at dlstorminc@yahoo.com or my site: http://www.myambientworld.com
