I am very pleased to announce that Lore: Aftermath, made with the one and only TGEA 1.7 by Max Gaming technology is now available for free play on InstantAction.com!
For those of you who haven't read my previous blog posts about Lore: Aftermath (where I also outlined a bit of the technology and techniques that we used to make this game), Lore is a Mech combat/simulation game that fans of MechWarrior or Starsiege will feel right at home with (you FPS fans will definately enjoy it too since Mech games are very similar to FPS titles, just less twitch based).
Also for those of you who are interested, here is not only the obligatory image portion of my blog, but also a download to the image sized up for a desktop wallpaper, we hope you enjoy and look forward to seeing you guys in-game.

Oh and for a bit of fun with this image, the little paper you see flying through the scene is actually a poster used by the Allies in WW2 which I thought would add a fun little touch to the scene :)

I really like it. I've been wondering why there have been no good Mech simulations lately. Are you going to add magnification by any chance like Mechwarrior 3 and 4 had for aiming? Also, will there be any scenario games / cooperative missions against AI or will this just be arena play only? Definitely keep up the good work! (Oh and I give you my First Instant Action game to keep my attention for more than 5 mins award)Brian
