Hi this is my first post, Ive been a member here for a year or so but until now haven't had much time free to do anything.

I started learning 3D Modeling a while ago just reading tutorials and picking apart other models to see how they were done ect, so i've been making random models for a month now and started to get some good feedback from a few people so i decided why let all the models sit there doing nothing and make a website to show them off and try make some money from them and help others make and prototype there games faster....

So ive set up a small website to show off my work with a few friends who are into it also and a shop to sell them, (Shop is just in testing and should be open this week hopefully), If your interested feel free to take a look and let me know what you think, comments and feedback good or bad is always welcome :)

2 content packs are finished already and will be in the shop when it opens later in the week with about another five 80% done, trouble is i was just making models at random for practice and not in mind as packs to sell so i have a lot of odd bits and pieces that just need more of the same making and putting with them to create a decent pack and the time to do it, or maybe could just do some small packs or single models and sell but not sure yet, depends on what feedback i get and what people think of the work i've done so far.

The website address is: www.extreme3dstudios.com/

**The site is best viewed with mozilla firefox, was my first attempt at website making and was done blind as i've got no web design experience before and don't know yet how to get it compatible fully with all browsers***

Here is few Examples Of Some Models There:

Your site has pop-ups. That is not cool. Other than that the pack looks alright.

Walls in your roman pack should be modular so city defenses can be shaped any way you want.

The chat box on your site is kind of annoying, especially since it makes sound.

Inundated with popups, and an annoying chatbox that is laced with profanity scrolling by. You may want to change this if you want people to take you seriously.

Hi Guys, where abouts are you lot seeing pop-ups? i personally haven't placed any pop-ups on the site and neither have i seen any myself, i removed the chat box, that was the only thing that pop-ups might have been coming from, let me know if you still get them and from what pages.

thanx

The art itself is pretty good, look forward to the pack.

It says that it looks best in Firefox, but is your CSS messed up? Plus, I got a pop-up message on the front page. Does your host have pop-ups because it is to ilead.itrack.it with a client id (10015). It took me to passion.com, a sexy singles site. I could understand the linkage if that's what you were promoting on your site, but it's not.

Yeah, I'm still seeing popups too. It's most likely the "motigo" web counter doing it, it's executing some javascript from offsite. Googling it shows other people complaining about the same thing.

@ J.C Thanks for the comment im glad you think they look ok, is a shame the problems with the site over shadowed what the post was made for, to find out what people thought of them.

@ David, thanks for informing me, I've asked my host and he told me they don't do pop-up's, and ive searched high and low and tested all day trying to find out whats going on, i can't replicate the pop-ups at all either on my PC or a friends, but managed to replicate the messed up looking site when dropping my screen size so in the end i decided to scrap the entire page and re-do it fresh cause i think ill be here forever other wise, have just uploaded it so hopefully in a little while when it comes through it will all be working right.

@ Jaimi Thanks for the heads up on the motigo counter, just did a search and saw the other complaints so i've just pulled it from the page, hopefully everything will run fine now, does anyone know of any decent counters that are pop-up free? also does anyone know why in internet explorer it shows (Spaces) as question marks?

Are you using a WYSIWYG editor with Unicode enabled, but no default language selected? If IE/Mozilla cannot detect your page's setting, then it will try to best-guess it, often replacing things they cannot figure out with ?'s.

Are you using a special shader for the water there? I was looking for something more like that for some water I needed.

No im not using anything special just normal tgea, to get the water nice and clear like in the sewer pic just open the editor in tgea, go to the waterblock settings and change, default: Clarity 0.08 to 1.08 and then you will get the same water effect.
