Well, this is my first blog, although we've owned Torque since late August. Just too much planning and start up things going on. So I figured while we're on our Christmas/Holiday break, I'd take some time to write this out.
Starting January 3rd, we'll begin full time development of our first AAA title, currently entitled "Reign of the Undead". It will be a full featured RTS, developed with Torque and then ported to TGEA, (When we get the cash to purchase the license). We have purchased the Commercial license for Torque, but we may still use GG as our publisher.
Reign of the Undead will contain many of the same features from titles like Medieval 2:Total War and the Ages of Empires series. There will be several modes of play, including single player campaigns, single player skirmishes, multiplayer skirmishes, mutliplayer death match, capture the flag, and even a multiplayer campaign mode.
There are 8 undead factions to choose from including Vampire, Revenant, Ghul from Arabic folklore, Mummy, and Koschei. All the factions are based on the actual folklore and mythology from their respective regions. Each faction will have several types of minions to command.
The map and time period will be set around the Crusades and contain all of Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
In the meantime, we've put together a quick little holiday game for our friends. You can download the game at our website www.dnastudiosonline.com .
Happy Holidays to all, and have a Merry Christmas and joyus New Year!
We hope to have a model or two up for viewing right after New Years

*Edit* Just double checked both .exe's and they worked fine for myself and 2 other folks, not sure what the problem is but they seem to work fine for everyone else.
Let me know if anyone else has any problems.
