Plan for Russell Newman

I don't realy have much of a team, just 3 people at the moment, but when we realy get into it I hope to see some new people. I do know some c++, probably not enough, but i know some people who can help me out there. I am probably best at modeling, I have someone who is very good at making maps. I realy need a programmer.
