Two years after the fact, I've finally started converting my game, Pirate Code, to T2D MIT. My game had 25 particles effects to convert so I wrote a script to do the work for me. I've included it to help others along with what I've learned.

Microsoft made official the end date for XNA 3.1 games: Thursday, February 3rd, 2011 at 11:59 PM PST. So that’s it, XNA 3.1 is officially out and the grace period is on. So where do we stand with our Torque X 3.1.5 games? Here follows the 4.0 CEV status.
