As I recently graduated from school, I am currently working to pick up on all my old T3D projects. That gets hard when the lightning strikes my house, frying 1 PC, a router (bye internetz), the stove and the washing machine.

It's finally time to announce something that I've been working on for a while: a new navigation addon for T3D! Fanfare, please.

How many times have I written a blog this and said these things ... I am getting so frustrated with myself. This time I am going to do it.

I've iterated many times since my last post, which I think took place during the era of T3D B3. In the intervening time, I decided to stop porting and porting when T3D 1.1 finally shipped, and have made some considerable measure of progress since.

After doing many load tests we have discovered an issue within DotNetTorque which in my opinion is a show stopper for the planned release. While DotNetTorque runs great 99 percent of the time, there is one situation which brings the T3D client to a halt. This issue does not affect dedicated servers. It only appears to be an issue when there is a great deal of rendering and sound going on and the CPU utilization is maxed.

So after loosing about 50% of everything I finally got everything back and some completely re-coded for simplicity. This is a list of all changes that will be part of the release of the engine thus far.

Greetings everyone. It's 2D Tuesday! Each week someone on the 2D team will post a blog or resource related to Torque 2D and/or iTorque 2D. This week I will be talking about behaviors and a special game jam.
