I managed to make skyboxes work with scatter skies and dynamic lighting. Code and a test skybox included!

The basic plan was to remove all the dgl classes from MIT Torque2d and replace it with the GFX implementation from Torque3d.

We've just released version 1.15 of Forester Pro, an easy to use tree creator for Torque3D. The new release addresses performance with creation and loading times 2-5x faster. For low and mid-spec systems you can disable shaders in Forester Pro for 2-4x fps.
