So, after several weeks of fiddling i THINK i have finally decided im going to spend most of my time working with tourque X. TGEA and TGB have been filling my time up untill now ... switching between the two depending on which of the projects tickle my fancy at the time and doing some odd freelance work. With the iminet release of 3D for tourque X it seems like the logical choice. 1 cross platform engine for both 2d and 3d ... what can go wrong?

So first off i bought the platformer starter kit to see how things should and shouldnt be done within the engine. Turns out its far better than i first thought and after a fair bit of playing around i have a basic gun and aiming system working along with a slightly adapted "pepper" system for health.

Reasonably happy for a few hours work on an engine that dosent have much comunity input just yet. Hopefully i can stick to it and not get distracted yet again!
