Ahhh, well, it's been an interesting couple of days experimenting with Torque.

Where I'm at now? I'm trying to figure out exactly how the AI system works - and how I could implement something in the order of bots that simply attack the human player within range.

However, all the examples I've looked at assume the bot is using a ranged weapon, whereas I'm more interested in a melee example (zombie to be exact, but any melee attack should suffice).

So thats where I'm at right now - I'll get this worked out soon enough - hopefully. :P

Yeah, I know noone cares. :)

Any tips?

From AMPII to Torque

Not much to say at this point - simply converting my project from the AMPII engine which seems to have died midstride to Torque.

Right now I'm in the process of trying to find myself a manageable save system, or someone willing to code it for me relatively cheaply. Its not an overly complex system either. :P

Currently, I hope to have some sort of save system implemented this weekend, and will being the process of converting all my models, textures, etc to Torque. Then comes learning the world editor.

Things to purchase this weekend:
Torque Viewer
Cartography Shop
3d Game Programming All in One

Things to do:
Save system.
