Thats right, after long hours forsome bizarre reason converting RGB values using the lovely Windows Caculator, ive finially got someone to code a very small applet! theirs really nothing to it, only a colour picker, three RGB value boxes and a Torque Output - but its available as a free dwonload over at Ironfoot Development -

http://dev.ironfoot.co.uk

I had posted this as a resource over a week ago but GG yet to approve it :)

Also the Dark Forge Resource website now has a new front end, and upgraded forums (still needs a theme) for the QuArK users. http://www.dark-forge.com

RTS Pack update 1.1

After a number of requests ive update the Ironfoot RTS Package to include Milkshape 3d source files - the ms3d files have been imported through the Milkshape Lightwave plugin - no adjustments have been made to the objects other than testing UV Maps & texture to make sure they load fine in the application.

Please note the Milkshape 3D files for use within Torque will will require additional setup before exporting to DTS format (bounding box, collision mesh etc).

The bonus free update which im planning to release towards the end of this month may also include Normal & Specularity maps for all existing content, which will be aimed towards the TSE & other none Torque graphics engines.

Example below:

Regards!
James

www.ironfoot.co.uk/dev

New Ironfoot RTS Content Pack

Finally glad to announce the release of the first Ironfoot Content pack, designed and aimed for RTS style of use.

Based on, & design around a WW2 style of era, the pack gives you a mixture of structures with high quality custom textures - buildings are to scale using real world measurements e.g. 1m = 1m.

Total of 9 individual buildings, 8 details including 5 meter & 10 meter walling sections - full source content included with 3 model formats (DTS, LWO & OBJ), along with UV map exports to TGA format.

Modeled in Lightwave 3d, exported using the latest Gnometech compiler - they have been tested in TGE 1.4, though their is no guarantee with this product.

Can also be exported to other applications.

First in a series of packs following similar styling - with planed reproduction of the structures for suitable use in FPS game types.

Can be purchased through the online shop using Paypal, for more information please visit the site at www.ironfoot.co.uk/dev.

Regards,
James McLellan
