Seriously, I can't wait. The improvements over 1.12 are too numerous to mention, and I am looking forward to seeing some major MAV action in my Shaddrack :)

Lore Invasion is the culmination of a lot of hard work by the entire MaxGaming team. Come Friday I invite anyone and everyone to download the demo and get into the action.

At last! Freaking incredible game! There's nothing like fast paced metal on metal mayhem to get the blood pumping and this game does so in spades.

Mac users, buy this game! This is the kind of independent game development that we should all be supporting. Not only has MGT shown a dedication to the platform (as well as linux), they've solved a long standing performance problem with the engine. Runs well on G4's and flies on G5's. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

Lore is simply the best. I can't say enough about it. Awesome game play, great dev support, the list goes on. Everyone should definitely check it.

If you have been playing it up till now, wait until you see all the cool new stuff they have added for Invasion! You won't be disappointed. If you still haven't played it yet.... what are you waiting for?!?

There was nothing better than Dark Horizons: Lore until now. Invasion kicks the crap out of the sissy regular non-invasion lore with a 10 foot pole until DHL screams "ouch!" and the other games just watch on in fear and then run home to their mothers.
Avalible on Windows, Mac and Linux (thats three platforms for those of you that can't spell). Also avalible on pure awesomeness (not avalible in this galaxy). Warning, do not eat this game, because it will seriously kick the crap out of your insides, may cause insomnia, if desire to stop playing results contact a physician or invite a real man over to please your woman and stop being a baby.

I love the fact that 1) the lore team has been working on thsi game for 2 years now
2)it costs so little to buy
3) the team will be constantly adding to the universe(through maps and weapon/mav upgrades) depending on the outcome of battles

this is a great game, cant wait to see what would happen if they brought it to TSE

The processor of DH: Lore Invasion is 1.12 and is a brilliant FPS game, but it pales to what you will see in the new release. Game play is fierce, nonstop, and the graphics are incredible. The new lighting, graphics and sound cues that have been incorporated into Lore invasion completely immerse you as the pilot of your MAV into the game. Maybe best of all is the team-based play that occurs within the two Factions (Federated States and Eastern Confederate) that are fighting to capture critical sectors that make up the new and shattered world of the lore universe. Download this game to see first hand what no other FPS game has been able to achieve.

WOW, woke up this morning, headed to the GG site to take a look at the press release (still getting over jet lag) and I am really excited to see not only long time players excited about the new release, but some names I am not yet familiar with. Invasion is really a game that we are proud of, and the next step not only in the evolution of the Dark Horizons universe, but a next evolution for our team.

We look forward to continue bringing players better and better games, and you never know what we will bring you for in next with TSE.

What can I say about THE greatest game I have ever played!? Ummmmm, oh yeah... it just got better! Like so many others have said, if you have tried out 1.12 you WILL NOT be dissapointed with Invasion! The Devs have done some amazing things with this new release and just like everyone else who has caught a glimpse of DH Lore in the past, I am salivating at the thought of playing Invasion.

If you haven't been lucky enough to play Lore, go grab the Demo and take a look! If you have any questions just ask anyone in the game Lobby. Everyone in this community (especially the devs) are willing to bend over backwards to help each other out. This is especially true for newcommers to the game. It is not an uncommon site for seasoned Lore vets to jump into a game at the request of some training by a new pilot.

A great game. A great community. Check it out today!

Invasion is a quantum leap from 1.12, the MAVs have new looks, new terrain changes, weather, and the ability to refit your MAV in game? This game is just too good to be true, pinch me somebody.. :) I give it 5 stars and two thumbs WAY up!

Lore coupled with Invasion looks to be one awe-inspiring game for all of us Mech fans, which is obviously pretty rare in the independed games development.

With the Invasion on the way, Lore just got hell of a lot more interesting.

Five stars. This online FPS really deserves the acclamation it gets.

This extreme online game surpasses all other HERC/Multiplayer game. With the ability to alter the Faction control of any map with a single battle! Fight for your Faction, protect the people, pull the trigger...

And keep an eye out for LORECon.....
