So, you've learned all our game development secrets! We hope this chapter was useful; hopefully the idea of making a game doesn't seem quite as daunting after having seen an overview of the basic process.

The advice offered in this chapter was very high-level because getting mired in microscopic details is not a good way to start learning. It can be hard to know where to start with Torque, and to grasp what developing a game will be like-- so it helps to have an overview such as this.

Now we've got a general idea of how to develop successful Indie games, so we can start digging in to Torque's editing tools, scripting capabilities, engine architecture, and art pipeline. As discussed previously, there are plenty of resources beyond this book to learn from as well.

In the next chapter, we'll begin studying Torque's Graphical User Interface editing tool.
