I dought anyone can build a Single Player game alone, this is to help you get started, your biggest help is going to be the www.garagegames.com community or dynamic4.gamespy.com/~noescape

Get it from FilePlanet on
The GameSpy network

or you can get it from Chip Lambert's
Company Server.

Its about 31 mb.
Thanks Chip.

Just un zip the sp_example1.zip to your hard drive and clikon the torquedemo.exe in the sp_example1 folder to play/dev.

Here is the "added" read me home.comcast.net/~cleverace/ReadMe.html .

Most of "GG's" rules and documents will apply.
Thanks.

Hello Ace.

I'm downloading it but I just have to ask ... why put it in fileplanet?

Thanks anyway.

ok, well not going to say its your game, but now mine is borked after playing yours..
i played yours.. got lots of console spam and spiders kept popping up after I killed them.. so then i left yours, went into mine and your maps showed up on my game.. (they were not in my game folder) so I figured ok weird..
so I deleted all your stuff.. now mine wont come up at all...
just black screen...

I would relook over your code and see whats going on.. this would be a bad start....

It didn't bork anything here... but the navigation seems messed up.

A & D keys are fine.

But W & S aren't working.

I can backup by holding down right mouse button.

you have to reset the keys... use control-o

anyways found the problem.. I inadvertantly added it in.. for some reason the zip found its way into my music folder.. so it loaded up his into mine thru the zip.. (how odd) anyways deleted the zip and good to go
might want to fix the console spam tho.. :)

Hello all,

By the end of tonight I will have this resource available for download from my company server (I asked Ace about it and he is allowing me to do this). This will eliminate the problem of Fileplanet. I will post the link when it is available. I believe this resource is a great step in the right direction and with community support and help, Ace can make it even better.

Keep up the good work Ace.

EDIT:
The above link in the resource to my company site should be active in the next few hours.
