Max2DTS 2012 32bit ..& others + Maya2dts 2010 x86

Debate thwarting statement; both DTS and DAE have kids on the middletown junior soccer team! ..Go middies!

-> Down to business!
Adding 2012 to the list of exporters..

Max2DTS DTSv24 exporters with Fixed Pixel Size LOD, 100 Max detail count with many other tweaks and some other fixes. ..the flavor is 32bits & it's been compiled for 9,2008,2009,2010,2011,2012. I will not be supporting older versions, sorry.
The package also has the Adjust LODs Macro and the UnmessDTS.exe
DOWNLOAD HERE

Enjoy!

P.S. Deepscratch and I are kind of working on making a max2dts that supports the extra features introduced by dae and dae2dts. DTSv26. No promises on this..but it would be great.

//edit:
the exporter was originally written by a someone else many years ago.
- I have used Feng Nings patch along with my own work to make this exporter 'tweaked' and available.

Thank you EB! Kind as always!

That would be great... Then we'd must sculpt a statue for you both in 3ds Max :-)

No problem. Thanks for the thanks..I appreciate them.

-> That SVN group I spoke about several weeks ago might still happen..I've been swamped and had little time to sort things out within my other plans. ..stay tuned on that.

This edition of Max is not without it's problems.
Skin modifier issues;
area.autodesk.com/forum/autodesk-3ds-max/autodesk-3ds-max--3ds-max-design-2012/a...
(not a problem of T3D or the exporter..this is a problem directly within Max.)

You must not understand what you're doing and I find it rude that you make a bad attempt to make that my fault.

COMPANIES, USE IT DAILY. COLLEGES USE IT DAILY. STUDIOS USE IT DAILY.*I USE IT DAILY*.

I said it does not work. Now i used the 32-bit version and im not being rude and you will not work with me. Dont be a butt. I copied it into the plugins directory and max 2011 will not launch it at all! No question to it. If it were a simple fix i would not be on here.

If it does not work again i will post a screen shot. then see who will be laughing.
plus Because the XSI addon for softimage supports 64-bit autodesk products perfectly. And their is no promise that you will compile 64-bits when 32-bit computers and 32-bit programs are no more. like when we go to 128-bit here real soon. companies do it and it would be really bad for poeple not to be able to export their materials.

jeffery, if you're old enough for college then may I suggest that you go and take 'introduction to computer science'.

I know the market. I already passed a introduction class I can program very well but as the old saying goes "if you dont plan plan to fail".

I will love it though if you compile for 64-bit computers forget i said anything above and i will leave you in peace. BTW, 64-bit compile in c++ looks easy just do it. Your not a 10-12 year old are you? Only someone so young would refuse to compile when in visual studio you only
have to set compiler settings to 64-bit.

BTW, can you do an custom script to install wireless with a prebuilt in password or customize windows to your will?
