physics cloth for tgea 1.8.1 and for T3D

as the title said.
this is a port of this
any problems getting it to work, post here, its my first resource ever, so I may have missed some things.

Thanks for posting this DeepScratch. ;) I'll see if I can get the CustomMaterial class hooked in, at least for the TGEA 1.8.1 version.

Robert Stewart wrote the original resource.
Taylor fixed the renderer for 1.8.1 and added extra cloth options.

Oops, my bad, I wasn't yet familiar with the resource. This will be the first time I'm trying this.
