Terrain Textures: Place By Latitude

This resource adds a rule for terrain placement based upon the latitude (y value) of the terrain. This will allow you to create dramatically different texture spaces in different sections of the map, not based upon height or slope.

Persistent GuiMapHUD, saved to a file

Improvements to the GuiMap HUD from the RTSStarterKit -Persistent: does not need to be regenerated when window resizes -Saves to a file so the map background only needs to be generated once
