GUIBarFill control for TorqueX

In our TorqueX project we needed a GUIcontrol that filled according to a float between (0.0, 1.0). This would be similar to the GuiHealthBarHud in stock Torque, except that instead of basing it on energy, we are generalizing it and basing it on some float between 0 & 1. This resource is basically a port of GuiHealthBarHud to C# with modifications to allow for this generalization.
