Adding Non-Destructive Nodes in Milkshape3D

http://pages.sbcglobal.net/rexpiscator/_wsn/page7.html is my attempt to document the Process by which an existing Milkshape3D skeleton can have additional Joints/Nodes edited into the rig, without destroying the previous Transforms setup when building the rig. This technique would be good for adding a new mountPoint to a shape without having to reanimate the sequences, once exported to DTS format and DSQ files validated at runtime. I've run this against the defaults, all of them; including "player_dance.dsq" and "player_range.dsq" and did not encounter any undesireable results.
