TGEA 1.8.1 post process effects with access to the z-buffer

A post process effect framework, with access to the z-buffer, for TGEA 1.8.1. Modifies GFX to allow use of the DF16, DF24, RAWZ & INTZ extensions, i.e. no depth pass required, accesses the z-buffer directly.

Multi Pass Custom Materials

I had to do some TGEA engine hackery to get the pass command to work with custom materials so thought I would post the changes here.
