"How To Ask Questions the Smart Way"

Hi Folks. =)
I hope this post isn't deemed too audacious as I'm a total n00b in these parts, but after spending a little while browsing through this community, I thought this document might be a good addition:
munk.nu/www.tuxedo.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html
My personal opinion is that this document should be a must-read for anyone entering a community such as GG. Of course, that's just the opinion of an admitted n00b. :D
I appreciate that some (hopefully many) of you have already seen this, but obviously I can't know for sure so I thought I'd throw it up here for your perusal. Enjoy. ;)
(My newness limits my understanding of which forum would best house this link. I hope it's okay here.)

One thing that isn't mentioned is *bumping* in forums. There are forums (elsewhere) where bumping == ban.
In technical forums, simply bumping is lazy. After a week, the original poster should have some more information from their own research. They were, after all, continuing to work on the problem, and not just sitting back and waiting for an answer, right? Therefore, if I see:
I assume the OP didn't do any research of their own in the interim, so why should I? Bumping after a day or two makes the OP look impatient and demanding as well as lazy.
Of course, I didn't see any rules against *bump*ing posts, so this is just my opinion.
