Bug: GUI Editor Misplacement

Maybe I should have named the title something else, but I couldn't think of anything else that it could be called.
What I did?
- Created new project
- Loaded 'newMission' mission
- Pressed F10 to go into GUI Editor (so I could visually edit the World Editor GUI)
Now, with the default 640 x 480 settings, the entire World Editor GUI isn't shown; you have to scroll certain areas (horizontal or vertical) - hence the scroll bar on the bottom.
Scrolling to the right in the GUI Editor displays the 'Scene Tree'. From here, if I press F10 again, to go back into the World Editor then F10 again to go back into the GUI Editor, the horizontal scroll bar stays to the right where you left it. By scrolling it towards the left side (from where it originally started), simply displays a white zone to make up for the difference in the 'Scene Tree' that should be displayed by going back into the GUI Editor. *takes a deep breath*
My apologies for the run on sentences. The only work around I could find outside of going into the engine code was to go into the GUI Editor, scroll all the way to the left (on the HScrollBar), then toggle in and out of the GUI Editor to reset it; more so the view on the GUI canvas.
I was trying to look through the engine code because it seems like it would just be as simple as on GUI Editor disable or out of scope, you could just reset the HScrollBar - but I wasn't able to find where you you have stored the GUI code for the GUI Editor itself..lol. If you point me in the right direction, I'll have this fixed up in no time.
