Hi Everyone,
I am new to GarageGames and looking forward to working with the game engine.
However, I am unable to run the TBG 1.7.4 with the toolbar visible in Vista.
My system:
Windows Visa Ultimate
Intel quad core 2.83ghz
4 gb ram
radeon 4870x2
300GB diskspace
visual studio 2008 pro
SO the issue is when i am running with OPENGL, the toolbar is half hidden:

When i switch over to D2D, the toolbar is visible, however, when i max the screen or when i am in any menus... it is either unresponsive or i am getting new overlays where the objects are.

Any help is appreciated!
Thanks

I have the exact same issue, when i switched to D3D they went away, it's because the ATI drivers aren't scaling correctly it seems on my laptop.

I just disabled desktop composition (rt click the application icon => compatibility)
Not ideal,but works.

Also the same here, could do with a real fix.

Sure your drivers are up to date? (ok, that does not guarantee that ATI hasn't broken them once again)
I'm not using Windows new "fun bar" and my task bar is on the right side.
