3D CAR CUSTOMIZING GAME

are you looking to purchase T3D specifically?

#3 Without the engine, you can't do any customising. With the engine, You will have access to the code and it's examples.
Without the engine, there's nothing we can tell you that will be of any help. Not to mention, you are being super vague in your request.

#4 I already have it now.. where should i start? all are demos only.

ok... with the demos you are limited, but can i ask..

1) do you have any C++ programming skills ?
2) do you have any 3D modelling skills?
3) have you planned out how you want the game to function and
have any concept artwork for levels / cars / players ?
4) do you have the money to buy the engine and apps needed, and if the
answer was no to the other questions, do you have the money to pay
professional artists and programmers to do the work for you ?

5) if the answer is no to all of the above then you need to decide
where YOU fit into the development of your game.

Learning game development takes in several skills, and unfortunately
some money, although you can get free 3D art apps, and programming
tools.

I fear you may be hitting above your weight here, but I may be wrong.

Don't give up, but your dreams will take you a lot of work, and even more
learning (and some money).

You will find lots of help with specific issues along the way, but no-one
is gona do it for you.

#6 yes i have quite c++ skills, an advanced 3d modeling skills and i already planned out all about the game, i also willing to spend money. the problem is just where to start, and what engine and apps do i need.

#7 I would start with one of the starter kits and move forward from there.

if you own a license for the engine, then you should contact GG support as it doesn't show up in your profile and so people could think that you use a warez version.
