@Gonzalo - There is a book in the works, but will not be available for a while. The most you are going to get out of the older books is scripting syntax and sample learning.

What addons and plugins are you referring to?

The scripting lessons from the existing books are still relevant to Torque 3D, though you'll need to make some minor adjustments. The "how to use" sections of the books in regards to the editors/tools won't necessarily be of any use in Torque 3D. It may be tough on a beginner, but someone with prior knowledge or even intermediate in skills in Torque should be able to carry existing knowledge forward.

addons and plugins:
It depends. 95% of existing content (art assets) will work. Some packs will require some minor scripting (in my opinion it's minor) in order for them to work. The problem comes in those kits/addons that make source code changes -- those will require some know how on your part to port them over, unless the developer in question does so in anticipation for Torque 3D.

Im reffering to the ones you can buy right out of Garagegames.com, are there any specific ones for T3D?

Since Torque 3D is till in beta, then no, not yet. Which ones are you considering? I might be able to give an indication of the difficulty in using them in Torque 3D.
