TILE MAP COLLISION HELL!!! Reset the Box to Default EVER???

So has anyone saved a Brush with a Collision Poly in Tile Map Editor.
Then EVEN AFTER LOADING A DIFFERENT BRUSH, CONTINUE TO GET THE PREVIOUS POLY FROM THE PREVIOUS BRUSH.
EVEN if I do my best to resquare it myself it never clicks in, and results in STOMACH TURNING PLAYER COLLISION JITTERING AND CRAP.
There's no Reset To Default in the Tile Map Editor.
AND THE POLY SHOULD NEVER BE CROSSING OVER FROM BRUSHES.
