TXB 3.0 starting problem

I've installed recently trial of Torque X 2D 3.0 and I'm having problems starting Torque Builder. First time I started it, when the splash window was showing message "setting up window" the main window appeared for about 1 sec and then it closed. The initialization completed and the program is visible on the taskbar. Next time I tried to run the Builder the situation is almost the - only the app window doesn't appear at all. Anyone has any idea what may cause it ? I've noticed a post where some describes similar problem when running Torque Builder on Windows 7 - I'm trying to run it on Windows XP.
