Dedicated server/ Client on Vista => Admin launch mandatory

All,
It seems that to run T3D game on Vista, you must launch as a Admin otherwise, it's not working.
Can you confirm this was intended during the development?
Is it something we can fix easily? Because if all released games need admins right, it could be annoying for player...
