Can;t Download Torque From CVS

Hey

i currently have a problem i am at university and me and a team of people are using torque for a compition run by the uni the only problem is that i can't download torque from the CVS becuase uni will not allow me assess to the service. so i was wondering if there was any other way to download the engine until i get this problem fixed at this end....

oh also i can;t install Wincvs onto the systems becuase they have restricted install rights , also i cna use the registry fix with vc6 cuase thats restricted too

All I can think of is that if its the University of Dundee (computing department) you're at, ask the network admin because he's a really friendly bloke and would usually set something up for you. If Andy won't, use the uni library or Tower Building computers because you can usually install anything on them :)

If its Abertay then maybe begging them might work or try your nice new library, failing that try to see if you can get someone can download it from their home connection. I really miss my lovely old Telewest cable modem :(

im in the ahhem "nice" new libaray
with celeron 400 cpu's and 14inch monitor
and i can't download
i can download in the gamestech labs but im not on the games tech course i didn;t have the level of maths they need Eg A Bsc in maths (well nearly that level) hahahahhahahha

oh well once i get a flat in dundee ill get downloading.
