Object bounds not the same when imported

Hey.. Has anyone else seen that when you create an object in Max, set the bounds and collision, then load it into TGE the bounding box is WAY smaller? Is this a fixed-size box, or is it something I'm doing wrong?

IE: Some of my object's bounding boxes are the right size, but positioned improperly. Others are perfect, some are just way too small and just causing problems.

Is it a transform issue? Have you scaled the bounding box in max? Might want to reset the box's transform.
