Editor will not quit properly

When I try to exit the editor or a running game it hangs. I have re-installed multiple times but it still happens. Any ideas?

In the Resolved Bugs sub-form look for a thread titled "B3 genre kit hangs on exit" by deepscratch.

You may be having the same problem which was causing people to "hang" on exit, some people also didn't have sound, do you? The same fix resolved both issues.
