In my next class at DeVry U we are using Torque TGE 1.5.2 and only have 1.4.2, I guess with my book I had the option to let them take another almost 200$ for a new TGE licence, I didn't think it was necessary as it should only cost me 25$ to upgrade well they wont just upgrade mine and I cannot afford it myself. So what I want to know is my version compatible? When I make a level will he have any problem viewing it in his 1.5.2? Or is this going to be a really headache? It my senior year and I'm going really well, and I didn't think there would be any but i know that i should make sure from people here in the forums and people at GG. So who ever reads this please help this poor college student:)

The scripts should still work the same, but you may run into issues by mixing executables in your project.
Other people should actually preview/collaborate your project using your executable to avoid any version compatibilities.

Simply using the mission and assets you *shouldn't* have any problems. You wouldn't be able to make use of some of the lighting features for sure. Nor would you be able to have embedded .dts shapes in a .dif interior. The scripts should still work the same, but you may run into issues by mixing executables in your project.

Great thank you, there sending me leftover financial aid money this semester so I might be able to upgrade after all. Its only 25$, who knows maybe I can find some contract work around the forums here. Thanks for the reply:)
