Stronghold admin controls?

While mucking about in the stronghold demo i noticed a var named admin password. This made me belive that there are admin powers somewhere in there. Please clarify this for me, and if possible, tell me how i can get them.

If you host a server then you are the admin and/or the superAdmin. Any admin functionality would have to be added by you as I don't think the stock scripts have any admin controls other password(s) for admin status, kicking players from the server and/or banning players (never tested those myself).

I believe there are several resources which add additional admin "powers", you'll just have to do a search for them.
