Difference in tick between 2.0 and 3.0?

I recently took a project I was working on in Torque X 2.0 and pulled it into 3.0, It went kinda nuts. It runs correctly on xbox but on the PC. it seems that on the xbox the ticks are timed out to be 60 per second, however on the PC they are freewheeling. The elapsed time for ProcessTick on the PC is 0.002 which if I understand correctly works out to like 500 ticks per second. Has this changed from 2.0 to 3.0 or is this a bug? According to The complete guide to torque X ticks are processed about 30 times per second.

Thanks That did it, of course after I searched the forum to find out what and where FixedTimeStep is. I tried the search in the official Torque X documentation but it was not found. BTW for anyone else it is in the TorqueSettings.xml file.
