Anime game models...

If anyone knows were I can find a FREE base model for an anime character, can you please tell me?

Yeah, they have 'em, but not for free. Besides, I found a solution! Take a normal human model, and edit the eyes to remove the sockets(Make the face flat, except for the nose.) Then use simple colors for textures, and cell shading + toon outline. I haven't tried cell shading, and can't get the outline to work with Blender.(You know, the normal flipping trick?) But, it shows both sides of the triangles, instead of culling backfacing triangles...

Isn't cartoon style outlining usually done as a shader effect?

And this...

I get an unfinished outline, but I have to use triangle strips, the mesh can't be double sided, plus, I have to set the strip size to 30. If not, I get a "Wireframe" outline, on all except the arms and the right foot.
(The un-outlined parts.)

Not if you have TGE 1.5... I tried the outline code, plus I got my model working, but this is what I get...
And this...
