WinCvs | Admin | Login question

I set cvs up to use the the same login and password that gets me to "My Garage." However, when I use the Admin | Login menu, with the same id&pw combination ( my_login@cvs.garagegames.com )I keep getting the error message "*****CVS exited normally with code 1*****"

I assume I made a mistake when I registered with cvs and the system is expecting a different id&pw combination. My question is, where and how do I find out what id&pw I am supposed to be using?

So far, I have paid for the code but cannot complete the cycle to download it.
