I think it's about time we started a show off thread for cool Torque 3D stuff.

Screenshots are great... but a YouTube HD video gives you massive bonus points. :)

Ready... Set.... GO!

Jacob, I'd suggest adding some well-placed cherry blossom leaf decals to the ground. Would definitely add that extra touch to the scene. An absolutely amazing video though. Also, Gareth, those specular maps definitely are a major improvement.

Those tunnels and the water running thru them look fantastic.

@ Jacob, the drums don't match the music. It would be awesome music for the scene if the drums weren't there.
Awesome scene btw.

Actually there are blossoms on the grass texture. I got a bit carried away with the compression though so it's a bit hard to see. I may re-render it.

I didn't make the song, I gave a basic idea of how to make it, someone else did it for me. That was like, 4 years ago. haha, soo, not much I can do about it now. I'm just using music I have laying around for these scenes of mine.

Gareth: You may want to get some realistic textures for those boxes, unless you're aiming for a cartoony game. Otherwise, nice work.

I don't know if I'm really ready to show anything off yet, still having a lot of problems with alpha transparency but I'm getting there, thought I would show what I was able to get done in about 20 mins! I LOVE COLLADA!

what is with? the top of the wall where it meats the ceiling. It looks like a light leak But I think you are using advanced lighting.

Yeah, i think its because the brushes arnt colliding, and since the light is so strong it leaks through the tiny cracks. :D

Can't have too many of those Light-Ray epic-ized sunrises:

Watch in HD / fullscreen at youtube for best results (Then again it's only 9 seconds) But an epic 9 seconds none-the-less. *Edit: Oh nice you can have it in HD in the embedded viewer too, didn't realize that...

NOTE TO SELF: Full sunrise takes 15 seconds. lol

Woot! Torque3D is so sweet! Woot!
