2qnd Age 3D Online RPG

Hey guys, im working on making my own MMORPG. Its based in 2qnd almost like the "Lord of the Rings" movie.
So far, we have done alot of discussion, we have established ourselfs on the internet. And we are purchasing the "Torque Engine" in a few days.
Most of us dont have any knowledge in 3D game design, but I do. As I am the manager. One of the really cool aspects of this game is the fact that it will be fully Role Playing. Each player will definately have a spot in the game were he/she will fit in with the story line.
We have also planned out that there will be 3 Gods that will acually be played. A Evil Dark Lord, a God of Light and a Elvish God of the forest.
There will be a few kingdoms that will have there own armys that will be played by players, the Dark lord will have his army of NPCs, and the Elvish and Light god will have armys of players.
The basic role play in the game will be to live out a everyday life in the 2qnd age, buy Items, go on quests, and even fight epic battles.
We plan this game will take some years, but we are prepared to take any time that is necessary.
