What the?

So I just got Torque Game Builder and all the icons are shifted a 1/4 inch up. That normally would not be much of an issue, but you have to click where the icons should be not where they are. BTW, I use Vista, could that have anything to do with it acting weird?

I've noticed this occasionally on Vista Business more than Home Premium (no idea why) Changing resolution of TGB fixes it occasionally. Also check your video card drivers and make sure they're up to date.

Try disabling Aero or the sidebar.

What the? So it works just like normal until I minimize it, then it becomes funky! I didn't notice it till just now, is there a fix or do I just have to not minimize Builder?

Not sure if it's a TGB or driver issue (I have an ATI Radeon 4870 running on Windows 7 RC1), but it worked. Though if I resize the window it all borks up again.

Yeah, others are having the same problem, check out this thread. I was able to fix it on my machine by switching to D3D vs. OpenGL on the General Tab under preferences. Not sure if it's a TGB or driver issue (I have an ATI Radeon 4870 running on Windows 7 RC1), but it worked. Try switching to Direct 3D rendering. OpenGL in Vista is borked and causes all sorts of issues. You can thank Microsoft for screwing us over. Although I think GG could fix the issue for Vista users, just haven't heard anything from them in a while on the going on for T2D.

But anyway, I think you may need to adjust your graphics card setting...
